Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for supporting PLY Studios! As a small business operating with limited resources, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds for issues with your order

Refunds will only be accepted if there was an issue with the original order. Please email us at info.plystudios(at)gmail.com for refund requests. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, and if granted, a $9 usd return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Orders from Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii will have a $29 usd return shipping fee deducted from your refund.

All goods sent back for a return must be in the original packaging and in new/unused condition. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted at this time. Please email us at info.plystudios(at)gmail.com if you have any issues with your order.
