Please email us at info.plystudios(at)gmail.com for refund requests. Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and will be granted minus a $8usd return shipping fee.

All goods sent back for a return must be in the original packaging and in new/unused condition. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Exchanges

Please email us at info.plystudios(at)gmail.com for exchange requests. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and will be granted given the desired product/size is still in stock. There will be an $8usd shipping fee for all exchanges.
